For almost a decade, Kendall has been immersed in the world of personal injury law. Starting as an Investigator, then Intake Manager, then Firm Administrator, she quickly rose to become the Director of Office Operations for a renowned plaintiff firm in North Carolina. Here, she was not just a leader but a visionary. She successfully implemented robust systems and processes that not only created an optimal client experience but also fueled firm growth and expanded its reach.

Before stepping into her role as the Firm Administrator, Kendall took on the challenge of creating, developing, and managing the firm's intake department from scratch. It's here that she developed her deep love and expertise in all aspects of a successful personal injury law firm.
