This market-exclusive group of like-minded plaintiff firm owners and managers is an invitation-only opportunity for your firm to be a part of a mastermind session like no other in the industry. We meet twice a year, in the spring and fall, at fabulous destinations aimed at allowing you to escape your daily routine and truly feel immersed in the experience.

Our meetings are a time to come together, network, and discuss best practices and innovation opportunities within your law firms. We traditionally focus on strategies, operations, management, financial systems/processes, and marketing. In other words, the “on the business” aspects of running a plaintiff law firm. The meetings are always inspirational and engaging, leaving group members eager to get back and continue growing their firm.

The Vista Consulting Team organizes and facilitates the meetings. You simply need to show up ready to participate. The goal of the meetings is always information and knowledge transfer. While we may occasionally invite relevant and screened vendors to present, there is never any hard selling. Also, we may invite specific speakers outside the practice of law should we feel they would provide adequate value to the group.

BP&I group members are value adders and key contributors to our biannual meetings. That’s why our team has carefully curated group members…this isn’t a sit and soak event. The goal is for everyone to play a vital role in what makes these group meetings impactful and worthwhile. That is why you and your firm were chosen to participate.

Each member of this group will be called upon to make a 30-45-minute presentation to the group regarding a process you have utilized within your firm. This won’t happen at every meeting, but will happen regularly. This presentation could be a “this is great” process or “this is what not to do” information. We will allow adequate time after the presentation to discuss/question the topic between the group and Vista team members.

While we strive to maintain market exclusivity, we recognize the complexities of online advertising and the evolving nature of our industry. If a firm in or around your area is referred to us for consideration, we will make every effort to contact you and seek your input before adding that firm to our group. Our goal is to uphold exclusivity to the best of our ability in this dynamic environment.

To participate in the Vista BP&I Group, each firm must commit and pay the $8,500. Your commitment will assure your market exclusivity in the group as well as two seats at each meeting. Should you wish to bring additional persons to any meeting, a $1,000 per person price will apply.
