His journey began humbly at a small firm, where he took on roles from Runner to managing the copy center, steadily climbing the ranks to become a seasoned expert in law firm operations.

Throughout his illustrious career, Bill has honed his skills in diverse settings, including a significant tenure as the Regional Director of Administration for K&L Gates, LLP, overseeing four offices across the Carolinas. His extensive cross-functional knowledge enables him to effectively communicate and collaborate with departments such as Business Development, IT, Finance, HR, and more. Bill is a strong advocate for developing and mentoring team members, believing that investing in people and challenging them is key to strengthening any business.

Outside of his professional life, Bill cherishes time with his wife, their three children, and grandson. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys hiking and surf fishing along the serene Outer Banks of North Carolina, often accompanied by his loyal black lab.
